10.1 Translate the theme:
From the file menu, save file with your language name e.g de_DE.po. It will generate both a .po and .mo files for your translation. Place these files into languages folder :
wp-content/themes/motohero/languages/de_DE.po wp-content/themes/motohero/languages/de_DE.mo
10.2 Translate the plugins:
There are two plugins you should translate: inwave-common & iw_portfolio. You can find the language .pot file in plugin folder. Edit the .pot file using POEdit and then save to the same language folder:
wp-content/plugins/inwave-common/languages/inwavethemes-de_DE.po wp-content/plugins/inwave-common/languages/inwavethemes-de_DE.mo wp-content/plugins/iw_portfolio/languages/inwavethemes-de_DE.mo wp-content/plugins/iw_portfolio/languages/inwavethemes-de_DE.po
