You can create as many contact forms as you wish for your website. Once you activated the Contact Form 7 plugin packed with the theme, go to Contact and generate a new contact form.

If you want to use a subscribe form, you can select “Mailchimp subscribe” shortcode: http://prntscr.com/9z8pnk
