Yes, you still can keep and use the themes & plugins that you already downloaded during your support. However, you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates, or support.
2. I just joined, can I refund or upgrade?
Yes, you may exchange the themes within 30 days of the purchase. To exchange the themes: simply send us an email (include your user ID and theme change).
3. Does the supporting package auto-renew?
No, the payment only processes once and it doesn’t auto-charge or renews. To renew the supporting package, you have to re-purchase another year.
4. I don’t have Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to check out (all major credit cards are accepted). If your credit card does not work, please contact us (URL). We do have

The purchase of our WordPress plugins is possible. In this case, the price for each plugin is attached per plugin.

10. What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money will be refunded! We honor all refund requests within 7 days. If you are not happy with our WordPress theme, then it’s our fault, so please contact us to get your refund.
